Lana Condor

Lana Therese Condor is an American actress who first developed her artistic expression through dance. Spending her early months in a Vietnamese orphanage before being adopted by American parents, she relocated with her family across multiple regions, including New York City and Washington. She trained extensively in classical ballet, studying with prestigious institutions such as the Joffrey Ballet and the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre. However, she eventually pivoted toward acting, refining her craft at the New York Film Academy and the Yale Summer Conservatory for Actors.

Her professional breakthrough came swiftly when she was cast as the mutant superhero Jubilee in the blockbuster film X-Men: Apocalypse. Her momentum rapidly accelerated when she landed the leading role of Lara Jean Covey in the globally successful Netflix romantic-comedy film To All the Boys I've Loved Before. Her charming performance in the trilogy earned her widespread international recognition and celebrated status as a prominent role model for representation in Western mainstream cinema.

Seeking to diversify her portfolio, she expanded into dark television roles, starring as the skilled assassin Saya Kuroki in the action-drama series Deadly Class. She also lent her voice to the titular animated feature Ruby Gillman, Teenage Kraken. Moving intentionally into a more mature era of filmmaking, her recent projects highlight a deliberate pivot into thrillers and intense action pieces, featuring prominent performances in the military thriller Valiant One and M.
