Jada Mae Facer is an
American actress, singer, and songwriter who grew up with a natural
flair for the arts in St. George, Utah. Her interest in acting was
sparked after auditioning for a local production of Annie, which
eventually inspired her family to relocate to Los Angeles to support
her professional ambitions. After being discovered during a trip to
California, she signed with a top youth agency and quickly
transitioned into professional screen acting while also studying piano
and guitar.
Facer achieved her first major acting milestone when she starred as
Annabelle Davis in the 2011 Hallmark television film Love's Christmas
Journey, a performance that earned her a Young Artist Award for Best
Leading Young Actress. She achieved widespread recognition as a
teenager when she secured the recurring role of Dani, the daughter of
Joey Lawrence's character, on the ABC Family sitcom Melissa & Joey.
Her television portfolio continued to expand with guest appearances on
notable shows such as ABC's Mistresses, CBS's Bad Teacher, and
Nickelodeon's Henry Danger.
Parallel to her television success, Facer has built an expansive
musical career as a prominent independent singer-songwriter. She
initially drew massive digital audiences by posting acoustic covers on
YouTube, frequently collaborating with her brother, Kyson Facer. Her
musical identity transitioned seamlessly into original music, marked
by the release of pop and country-infused singles like "Float",
"Toothpaste", and "i almost said...", which collectively generated
hundreds of millions of views and established her as a prominent
modern independent artist. |
