Elizabeth Egan Gillies is an American actress and singer who began her professional career appearing in commercials before making her television debut in The Black Donnellys. At age fifteen, she made her Broadway debut originating the character of Lucy in the musical 13. She quickly rose to widespread prominence playing the sharp-tongued Jade West in the hit Nickelodeon television series Victorious from 2010 to 2013, contributing major vocal performances to the show's popular accompanying soundtracks.

Following her success on Nickelodeon, Gillies expanded her range by starring as the lead singer Gigi in the FX rock 'n' roll comedy series Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll alongside Denis Leary. She also lent her voice to animated projects, including Daphne in the Nickelodeon revival of Winx Club. Her film credits feature appearances in the horror movie Animal, the comedy Vacation, and the independent feature Arizona.

From 2017 to 2022, Gillies starred as the formidable Fallon Carrington in the primetime television reboot series Dynasty on The CW. Alongside her extensive screen acting, she maintains an active music career, performing across the country and collaborating with artist Seth MacFarlane on traditional pop and holiday records like Songs from Home and We Wish You the Merriest.
